BT/RBT Therapist [Basic Guide]

BT/RBT Therapist [Basic Guide]

This is a basic guide to help therapists navigate AlohaABA. Typically therapists/RBTs will only have access to their own schedules and clients. These permissions can be customized and changed by your organization’s admin team.

MFA Authentication

Our help center article on Multi-Factor Authentication set-up can be found in the link.

Accessing your AlohaABA schedule

  1. Using Google Chrome, navigate to www.alohaaba.com
  2. Sign in using your previously created credentials to login.
Info
If you have not received a new account creation email, please contact your Organization’s administrator to resend you the link.

Viewing your schedule

  1. Click on the left navigation menu to access your schedule.
  2. Single clicking on any appointment will display the appointment summary. You can open the appointment by clicking on the edit icon on the appointment summary or double clicking the appointment on the schedule.

Completing an appointment

Alert
BTs/RBTs must complete their appointments in order for the appointment to be ready for billing and payroll. Any appointments not marked as complete will get skipped in payroll calculations and/or billing.
  1. Open the appointment that you are going to complete.
  2. Ensure that the information on the Appointment Info tab is correct.
  3. Once verified, click on the Verification tab along the top.
  4. Click on the signature box on the left next to your name to sign off on this appointment.
    1. Please note that you can't sign for future appointments.
    2. If using an integrated data collection platform (e.g. Motivity or Hi Rasmus), signatures will auto populate in this tab once the note is synced to its appointment.
  5. If needed, the parent/guardian can sign for the appointment on the right. Parents/guardians can also sign at a later time through the client portal.
  6. Lastly, mark the appointment as complete using the checkbox & Save.
  7. The appointment will have a shaded in circle on the schedule to indicate that it is complete.

To access your Supervision log, go to Reports > My RBT Supervision Log or My Supervision Log.  Your individual log will generate by month to determine if you are meeting all aspects of supervision.

The reports section can also generate your scheduled appointments and miles driven if this is something your organization is tracking.  Speak to your administrator to gain access to different reports.
