Repeat Appointments

Set up a repeat appointment

  1. Open your schedule using the left navigation bar.
  2. In the bottom right hand corner click the  to create an appointment, or double anywhere on the schedule.  An appointment card will open up.
  3. Click repeat

  4. Use the drop down next to repeat to select your frequency (daily, weekly, monthly). (E.g., all weekdays) 
  5. Specify how long you want appointments to repeat (until a certain date or for a number of occurrences).  There is an option to repeat appointments to the end of a clients’ authorization.
  6. Click "Okay."
Alert
Once a repeating series is created, it cannot be edited.  This is for the purpose of preventing errors or accidentally deleting appointments.  If a series changes (e.g., M/W/F series needs to add a Tuesday as well), it is recommend to end the series and start a new one.
