Web vs App? What is the difference?

Aloha Data Collection has both a Web and App platform. Each platform serves different but sometimes overlapping functions.

The Web:
- Administrative tool: 
  1. Organization set up
  2. Template creation/editing (lesson note templates, prompt templates, mastery templates)
  3. Creating and editing programs
  4. Viewing and auditing Lesson Notes
  5. Analyzing data
- Best to access on a laptop or desktop using Chrome browser
- Often used most by administrators, BCBAs, billing managers, etc

The App:
- Tool for direct service delivery
- In-the-moment data collection
- Completion of lesson notes
- Signing for non-service appointments
- Used most by direct service providers
- Accessible on any mobile device with App download capabilities and with 4GB or more of RAM

No. Users can only create and submit their own notes. The user's name who is logged in will auto-populate on the note and cannot be altered.

Yes. Navigate to Lesson Note icon on the far right of main navigation menu to locate draft note for completion.

Time, text fields (e.g. summary). selection in custom lists, adding or editing skill and behavior data
