Viewing and Customizing Analytics

Viewing Analytics

There are two ways to view program analytics for a client on Welina Web:

Viewing analytics though Program Management

Navigate to Program Management in the lefthand menu and select the desired client in the search bar at the top of the page.

Click on the name of the program.

Scroll down past target list to view program graph and analytics.

Viewing analytics through Reporting & Analytics

Navigate to Reporting & Analytics > Analytics in the lefthand menu and select the desired client in the search bar at the top of the page.

The first widget allows users to view overall targets mastered within a program. Use the drop down menu in the top right of the widget to select a program to view.

The second widget allows users to view the client’s day-to-day progress for both Skill Acquisition and Behavior Reduction programs. Use the dropdown menu to toggle to the type of program (Skill or Behavior) and then select the desired program from the subsequent list.

The third widget allows users to view analytics for ABC data collected on the client. Currently, analytics for ABC data include daily bar graphs frequency of behaviors tracked and raw data (i.e. itemized inputs for each instance of behavior logged on the ABC data sheet.)  Use the menu at the top right to view the raw data.

Customizing Analytics

Target-level graphs can be customized from both the Program Management space and the Reporting & Analytics space.

The dropdown menu on the top left of the graphs allows for customization of the date range displayed.

The Display & Customization menu on the right of the graph allows for customization of chart titles and labels, graph colors, and grid lines. Be sure to click “Update” to apply desired customizations.

Check and uncheck individual targets at the bottom of the graphs as desired to view specific targets.

When viewing individual targets, Average and Trend lines can be applied using the toggles at the top of the graph.

When viewing Frequency targets, data can be displayed as Rate (count/time) using the toggle at the top of the graph.

Use the Phase Change Lines menu to add phase change lines. Select date, create a label, select a color, and select between Solid vs Dotted line. Click  +Add Phase Change Line.

Use the Graph Notes menu to add a note to a specific data point. Select the date, the target to apply the note to, note text, and note color. Click + Add Graph Note.

Use the Phase Range menu to indicate a specific range on time on the graph (e.g. client has ear infection). Select the date range, create a label, select line and color preferences. Click  + Add Phase Range.

Use the to edit and  to delete. Phase lines that have been added through an automated Outcomes and Promotions template can be deleted from this space if desired.
