Aloha DC offers users the ability to create Lesson Notes and add
corresponding Skill Acquisition, Behavior Reduction, and ABC data via the Web.
When creating Lesson Notes on the Web, users may create a
Lesson Note to document services that occurred in the past (e.g. documenting a
Family Guidance session that occurred yesterday, or an Assessment that occurred
last week).
At this time, only users with access to the Web platform and with permission to the Lesson Notes module of the site will have the ability to create a web-based lesson note. Any web-based note being created will automatically be associated with the user who is logged into the Web.
If a note created via the Web is later edited, the staff
associated with the note will need to re-sign to attest to the edits in the App
