Welina offers users the ability to create Lesson Notes and add
corresponding Skill Acquisition, Behavior Reduction, and ABC data via Welina
Web.
When creating Lesson Notes on the Web, users may create a
Lesson Note to document services that occurred in the past (e.g. documenting a
Family Guidance session that occurred yesterday, or an Assessment that occurred
last week).
Admin users may also create Lesson Notes for another staff
member, if that staff member was unable to complete their Lesson Note on the
day of service in Welina App.
If a note created in Welina Web is later edited, the staff
associated with the note will need to re-sign to attest to the edits in the App
