Editing Skill Acquisition and Behavior Data on Welina Web

Editing Skill Acquisition and Behavior Data on Welina Web

Welina offers the function to edit behavior data for completed session notes on the web. If data on a note is edited by someone other than the individual who completed the note, the note will be sent back to the individual who competed to note for a signature to approve the edits to that data.

Please be sure to alert staff if a note will be sent back with edited data and why (e.g. during a supervision session, a BCBA notices the RBT forgets to start a Duration timer, and wants to add in this data to the session), so that they know to look out for it!

Editing Behavior Data

Navigate to “Reporting & Analytics > Lesson Notes” on the menu on the left-hand side of the web browser:

1.  Find the note that requires edits.  Filter submitted lessons notes by client, staff, session date, and note status to help locate specific notes.
2.  Navigate to the “Actions” column. Depending on your browser settings, you may need to scroll to the right in order to view this column.
3.  Select the  icon.

Depending on the Note status, some icons may not be available.  If a note has already been approved, it must be un-approved in order to be edited.

4.  After clicking  , the “Edit Lesson Note” window will appear. Toggle to from the “Lesson Details” page to the “Behavior Data” tab.
5.  Use the icons on the left to toggle between “Skill Acquisition,” “Behavior Reduction,” and “ABC Data.”

6.  When editing Skill Acquisition programs, use the menu to select the program(s) to edit.

7.  After selecting a program view the entered data that has been entered for each target and trial.
8.  For Trial by Trial programs, edit the response types using the drop down menu or delete trials using the  .

For Frequency targets, edit counts using the text fields.

For Duration targets, you can use the text fields to edit duration, or delete an occurrence altogether.

For Interval targets (whole, partial, momentary time sampling), the behavior occurrence can be edited for any       recorded interval.
