Building ABC Data Sheets

Building ABC Data Sheets

Through the Welina website, users are able to create client-specific ABC Data Sheets to be used by any provider using the Welina App to collect direct data on the client. This allows you to create checklists for Antecedents, Behaviors, Consequences, and location so that this information does not need to be typed out manually when collecting data on the App. However, if needed, app users will always have the option to manually enter this information, should the created checklist not offer a suitable option.

Alert
While you have the option to create Skill Acquisition and Behavior Reduction programs in your Organization Library, ABC Data Sheets are intended to be individualized to a client, and can only be created within a client’s profile. They cannot be added to your Organization Library.

Notes
If you do not create a custom ABC data sheet for a client, ABC data can still be collected manually during any session with the client.
