Downloading Notes and Behavior Data

Lesson notes, behavior data graphs, and raw behavior data can be easily downloaded from the Web to ensure you have access to take your data where ever you need. 

Downloading Session Notes

  1. Navigate to Reporting and Analytics > Lesson Notes
  2. Choose the notes you would like to download or use the select all button to export in bulk.
    1. You can also use the filters to pull groups of notes for saving in a zip drive (e.g., pulling all notes for one specific client)

To download notes they must be in the approve state!

Downloading Raw Behavior Data

  1. Navigate to Reporting and Analytics > Analytics
  2. Choose the program from the drop down and select the date range on the graph for which you want to download the data for
  3. Then select Export Raw Data, this will generate a zip file that contains all trials of data for all targets and data types within the program

You will want to make sure to do this for each program for each client

Downloading Behavior Graphs

  1. Navigate to Reporting and Analytics > Analytics
  2. Choose the program from the drop down and select the date range on the graph for which you want to download the data for
  3. Select the download icon on the graph
  4. Choose CSV to get the raw data tables (recommended for data storing or transferring), PNG to get a picture copy of the graph or SVG to get a URL
