What's New For You!
Fluency/Rate Target Type Introduced - Users can now create Fluency/Rate targets on Web and collect timer-based frequency data on App, with detailed notes, exports, and analytics support. (Note: Phase 2 of the feature will include automated phase lines and Outcomes & Promotions.)
Dynamic Appointment Fields - Appointment Related dynamic fields are now available for sessions started from any integrated schedule appointment.
NOTE: For notes not created from session this functionality will not be available.
Open Lesson With Just Behavior Reduction - Mobile sessions with only behavior data can now be run! Users can track behaviors without skill acquisition targets. This will allow users who want to collect baseline data on target behavior during initial assessment more easy!
Multiple Trails for Trial-by-Trial Targets - Users can now complete multiple trails in one go for Trial-by-Trial targets before returning to the target screen. You asked, we listened!

Feature Enhancements
Frequency Additional Options - Users can now switch between “Rate per Minute” and “Rate per Hour” in the Frequency graph, with updated Y-axis labels and accurate data scaling.
Duration Additional Options - Users can now switch between Total Duration, Total Count, and Average Duration views in the Duration graph with updated labels and trend support.
Delete Skill Acquisition Targets from Program Management - Users can now delete targets from Client and Organization libraries, using a delete icon with confirmation and permission-based access
Note: if data has been collected on a target previously, we will delete the target from your program management page but any data collected will remain on the graph for accurate record keeping.
New Filter UI Across Web Modules - Filters now use a consistent icon-based UI across Schedule, Lesson Notes, Staff, and Client modules, with no change in functionality.
Bulk Lesson Notes Export - Users can now select multiple approved lesson notes and export them together as a zip file containing individual PDFs.
Visibility for Incomplete Draft Notes - Allows Reporting Managers to view Incomplete draft notes for directly and indirectly assigned reporters on Web and App.
New Caregiver Listing - Admins can now manage caregivers from a dedicated section under Organization Setup, with options to view, search, filter, add, invite, and edit caregiver profiles.
Reporting Manager Field in Note Templates - “Reporting Manager” is now available as a dynamic field under Staff in note templates, with support for selecting one value on app.
Organization Documents Now Visible in App - Documents uploaded under Program Management in the Organization section on web are now shown under Files for clients of that organization in the app.
Bug Fixes
New Program View Linked to Edit Permissions - Users without program-level edit permission can no longer edit program details or targets from the new program view; users with permission can perform all related actions.
Lesson Note Actions Restricted by Edit Permission - Users without edit permission can no longer edit, send back, link, or unlink lesson notes.
Error While Adding Behavior Programs to Client Library - Fixed issue where staff received error messages when adding behaviors to clients from Organization library.
Anecdotal Data Not Saving in Lesson Notes - Fixed issue where anecdotal entries in lesson notes were not saving fully; data now saves correctly without loss.
Caregiver Name Disappearing - Fixed an issue where the caregiver’s name would disappear while filling session notes, requiring re-entry
Fixed Real-Time Data Sync in Analytics - Resolved an issue where data recorded in the app was not appearing in Analytics in real time.
Disabled Swipe-Back During Lesson Execution - Fixed an issue where swiping back during a session reset the note and caused data loss by disabling swipe-back functionality. (applicable for iOS)
Fixed Client Info Change After Lesson Note Edit - Resolved an issue where editing and resubmitting a lesson note unexpectedly changed the client information and values in custom data fields instead of only updating the intended fields.
Client Signature Timestamp Issues Fixed - Resolved issues where the Client signature timestamp was overridden by the Staff timestamp and disappeared after Staff re-signed an edited/rejected note.
Unable to Sign Session - Fixed an issue where staff were shown as “Not staff on appointment” and blocked from signing their own session after supervisor edits.
Session and Behavior Data Date Mismatch - Fixed an issue where session note dates and behavior data capture dates did not match analytics data points; now both reflect the correct Lesson Note date.
Session Stability (Unexpected End During Data Collection) - Fixed an issue where sessions ended unexpectedly during data collection, causing the timer to reset and previously recorded data to be lost or reset to zero.
