The Aloha team is excited to announce the following new features/enhancements added to Aloha ABA, which is scheduled to take place on Sunday June 6, 2023, at 11:30 PM PST. Your Aloha site will be down temporarily for about an hour during this timeframe.
Improvements:
In Payment Center, payment sources are now identified by Payer or Client in parentheses next to the payment name.
In Payroll, we’ve added checkboxes at the top in the column header to mass select appointments in the Cast Back section.
In Payment Center, a checkbox has been added to indicate if a payment has been reconciled. Checking this box within a payment will reflect in the Payment ledger report.
Under Text Messaging Services, individual staff can be selected to turn on/off their text message notifications.
When a staff is inactivated and they have appointments on the Schedule, the system will display a pop up to confirm if the user would like to delete all incomplete appointments after their Inactive date.
In Payroll > Timesheet Submission, admin can submit timesheets on behalf of their staff.
835P (ERA) files can now be directly uploaded into the Payment Center. After uploading, these files can be posted and applied.
Under Billing > Generate Invoice > Client Invoice, a new option has been added to “Download as separate file per invoice”. This generates a ZIP file with separate PDFs for each client.
Notes have been updated to “rich text” in the Client Cabinets. FYI: The hyperlink and picture upload buttons are not functional yet and will be fixed in the next release.
Bug Fixes:
When a client contact is added to a profile, the name will appear in the dropdown on the Client’s Authorization under “Insured Name” as an option to select, instead of having to log out and log back in to see it.
In Forms, the default field value of “Appointment Type” has been fixed so that it will display if an appointment is Drive Time, Break Time, Service Appt, etc.
Under Settings > Security > User Roles > Schedule > My Schedule / Other Schedule > Appointment Status users may now select “View Only.”
In Forms, default values of Dx Code and Client DOB will auto populate.
On Dashboard in the top right, we’ve fixed the arrow to navigate next in the widgets so that widget values are not being blocked.
In Billing Manager > Bulk Update, inactive rendering providers will no longer appear as an option to select in the dropdown.
In Schedule > Appointment Info, we’ve fixed the bug with the scroll bar disappearing when the time is edited.

Your Aloha ABA subscription can now be paid via ACH payments.
Your Aloha ABA subscription can be paid with autopay by emailing support@alohaaba.com.
To reset your Aloha ABA web application, please clear your cache by going to Chrome Settings (at the upper right corner) > more tools > Clear Browsing Cache. Change the Time Range to "All Times" and click "Clear Data".
