Release Summary 2.12.2

Please view the following video summarizing release 2.12.2.  This release includes:
  1. Concurrent Billing in Clinical Integrations:  Concurrent Billing rules will apply when completing appointments from clinical integrations.
  2. Hi Rasmus Appointment Location:  The location of the appointment will now send to Hi Rasmus under the Appointment Info tab.
  3. Non-Billable Appointments in Clinical Integrations:  Customer using Hi Rasmus or Motivty can now choose whether to sync non-billable appointments.
