The Aloha team is excited to announce the following new features/enhancements added to Aloha ABA.
Improvements:
Staff Profile Time zone
In the staff profile, we have added a non-editable field which displays the staff’s current time zone setting.
Expansion of Email Address characters
The email address field has been expanded to allow up to 75 characters.
Please note that there is an additional requirement that there only be 64 characters before the ‘@’ due to email formatting requirements.
New Report – Concurrent Billing Appointments
A report to see all appointments where concurrent billing rules have been applied.
Allows filters for Office, Payer, and Date Range
Bug Fixes:
Fixed issue with the Superbill invoice format that was causing the Provider’s last name to be shown twice.
Fixed an issue where if the client and staff were removed from repeat appointments, the system was not correctly assigning the default modifiers on the billing tab.
Fixed Staff Summary widget on the dashboard to no longer show decimals.
Fixed an issue where if a staff was reverting their timesheet, they were unable to select a date.
Fixed issue where users were unable to generate verification forms.
Fixed issue where Forms times were changing for users in different time zones.
Fixed some scenarios where error messages were displaying when trying to generate forms.
Fixed an issue where users were unable to release claims from the AR Manager even if all payments were reversed.
Improved the backend infrastructure to prevent errors that said that staff and clients were inactive when they weren’t.
Fixed mileage issues with export of Payroll Paychex Flex report.
Fixed the supervision duplication issues.
Fixed bugs relating to the Billing Ledger Report.
Fixed an issue where the rendering provider was missing from the billing manager when it was entered on the appointments.
Fixed an issue that prevented users from being able to add manual payments in the payment center.
Fixed bug where the payroll reports were displaying a staff’s name twice if the report extended to 2 pages.
