BIG RELEASE! This release is packed with updates driven by your feedback. We’ve focused on the tools you’ve asked for to support treatment fidelity, streamline documentation, and make your day-to-day clinical work easier. Here's what's new in Welina 0.1.22.

What's New For You!

Comprehensive Target View: View all targets for a client at once, with automatic counts for total, mastered, and percentage of program completion. Bulk edit targets directly to reduce prep time between sessions. In an upcoming release we will include the ability to view graphs and add targets from this screen! 


Extended Teaching Instructions Limit: Program teaching instructions now allow up to 5,000 characters, supporting detailed procedural integrity notes.



Lesson Duplication: Create a new lesson from an existing one, preserving structure while adapting content—ideal for maintaining consistency across similar programs.

Feature Enhancements

Automated Outcomes & Promotions: Now available for all target types (Trial-by-Trial, Duration, Frequency, Interval). This automates phase changes and adds phase lines to analytics, reducing manual updates and ensuring accurate progress tracking. 
  1. Navigate to the main left side menu > click Organization Setup > Select settings > Select Outcomes and Promotions 



Minimum and Maximum Trials: To go along with mastery automations, your staff will be able to see a progress bar showing the minimum number of trials they should targeting when teaching. We have also added max trials! This allows you to set the maximum trials you want collected on particular target. Once staff reach the max number of trials, the target will grey out and no additional data can be collected for that session. 



Role Selection Guidance: Helper text added to role type selection to reduce setup errors.

App Updates

Real-Time Program/Target Sync:

  1. Changes to program/target details are reflected instantly. 
    1. New targets, updated phase changes, changes to SD's or teaching instructions 
  1. Inactive programs/targets (placed on-hold, completed, discontinued, or pending) will block further data entry while preserving historical notes.
  1. Archived programs still allow behavior data collection until session ends.
  1. Deleted targets are locked for new entries but remain in lesson notes.

Un-Approve Lesson Notes in App: Supervisors can unapprove directly from the app for immediate corrections.


Program Status Labels: Status now displays beside each program name during selection.


Analytics Upgrades

Improved Graph Rendering: Updated analytics library eliminates connection errors, duplicate date issues, and annotation display problems.


Trendline Toggle: Add a trendline to connect the first and last data points for quick trajectory visualization.

Average Line Toggle: Display an average Y-value across all valid data points to assess performance trends at a glance.

Bug Fixes

ABC Data Graph Labels: Fixed duplicate Y-axis labels for improved clarity.
Independent Browser Sessions: Logging out of one browser no longer ends sessions in another, preventing workflow disruptions.
Lesson Note Suck in Draft: Lesson notes will not longer get stuck in draft when submitted for approval. 
Lesson Note Duration Extended: When updating the end time of a lesson note on a date different that the original note create date the duration of session will no long get extended
Missing Lesson: Significant improvements have been made to resolve session disappearances. 
Warning
If you are running a session and lose internet connection. Do not force close the App and then clear App cache. This will delete all data that was waiting to be synced. If you lose connection to the internet please wait to reconnect and all data will be stored and synced.
