What's New on Welina! 

We’re excited to bring you a new round of updates designed to support more efficient data collection, improve program management, and strengthen clinical decision-making. Here’s what’s new and how it helps you as a BCBA:

Program Management & Skill Acquisition Enhancements

1. Lesson Builder Upgrades: New options make lesson creation more flexible, and you can now see program status indicators as you build—helping you design cleaner, more accurate behavior programs.


2. Weekly Lesson Frequency: Now you can configure how often a lesson should run and set rules for when it’s visible in the app, enabling tighter alignment with treatment plans. - Now working smoothly

3. Target Flag Updates in the App: Your RBTs can now see new and updated target flags on the App during a lesson preview, ensuring they're using the most current goals before session. - Now working consistently 

4. Bulk Target Edits: On the web, you can now update multiple skill acquisition targets at once—saving time during program revisions.

ABC Data Collection & Editing

1. Real-Time ABC Recording: Record and view multiple ABC data entries during a lesson session, directly in the app.
2. Edit ABC Data On-the-Go: If you or your RBTs need to revise an ABC entry, edits can now be made from both the app and the web.
3. ABC in Lesson Notes: Easily view and edit ABC entries within your lesson notes for seamless documentation and behavior analysis.

Session & Documentation Tools

1. Saved for Later Widget (App): Any incomplete lesson notes now appear right on the landing screen—making it easy to catch and complete documentation.
2. Graph Annotations: Graphs now display phase change lines tied to target status changes, supporting better visual analysis of client progress.

3. Post-Release Pop-up: You’ll now see a helpful release summary in-app (outside of session time) so you never miss what’s new.

Staff & Access Controls

1. Staff Dropdown Visibility: Only assigned team members are visible in the staff selection lists—keeping your workspace streamlined and secure

UI Improvements

1. The Custom Data module and Documents section have been updated to match the newest Welina interface, making navigation more intuitive.

2. On the app, Cancel and Back buttons have been replaced with clickable text for a smoother experience.

Scheduling & Integration Updates

1. Appointment Editing Controls: Editing is now restricted for non-service appointments to protect scheduling accuracy
2. Appointment Status Widget: A new dashboard widget shows appointment counts by status at a glance for faster oversight.
