What's New For You!

Program Management Updates:

  1. New Program View –Users can view program-level analytics from the Program View with real-time data and full chart functionality.

  1. Update Target view Date on Phase Change – Target cards now show the updated date whenever a phase is changed manually, automatically, or through program status updates.
  2. Copy and Paste Targets – You can now paste multiple target names separated by commas, and each will be added as a separate target with tag-style display.

Analytics:

  1. Display Trial & Interval Count on Hover in Reporting & Analytics – Added tooltips in Trial by Trial and Interval target tabs to show trial and interval counts on hover for each data point

Feature Enhancement

  1. Permissions Added for Outcomes and Promotions Module – View, Create/Edit, and Delete permissions added for Outcomes and Promotions.
  2. Login UX Miss – Fixed design and usability issues on the login page to make the experience smoother and more consistent.
  3. Edit Point of Contact in Organization Profile – POC details can now be edited directly in Organization Profile, independently of the First Admin’s staff profile.
  4. Cancel Confirmation for Unsaved Changes – Users now see a Yes/No confirmation pop-up when cancelling with unsaved changes in Prompts, Note Templates, Staff, and Client sections.
  5. Add Text to Icons on App – Added labels below bottom icons and replaced Home icon with Welina logo to make navigation easier.
  6. Prevent Client Signature Removal During Note Edit – When a note has been rejected or edited and sent back to staff to resign, Client Signature is no longer deleting. Helping you maintain original signature timestamps.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fix: Auto-approved Lessons with 'None' Template Not Syncing to Aloha –Resolved issue where lessons with auto-approve On were not syncing to Aloha after completion.
  2. Fix: Incorrect End Date Captured for Draft Session Notes –Resolved issue where editing a draft session note on a later date incorrectly changed the end date to the edit date, resulting in mismatch with the original session duration.
  3. Fix: App Crash During Data Collection in Achieve – Resolved issue causing white screen and repeated crashes during session data entry in Achieve, preventing data loss and interruptions.
  4. Fix: Resume Popup Shown After Lesson Cancellation –Resolved issue where resume popup appeared even after user cancelled the lesson; popup no longer shows once a lesson is cancelled.
  5. Fix: Incorrect Note Date on Resubmitting – Resolved issue where resubmitting a draft note incorrectly updated the note date to the resubmission date and failed to change the status from Draft.
