What's New For You!

Archive and Unarchive Behaviors: Keep your program lists clean without losing historical data. Archived behaviors can be restored anytime for seamless program management.

Automatic Target Phase Updates: Reduce manual updates—target phases now update automatically when program statuses change.

Updated Phase Colors: Clear, consistent color-coding for Skill Acquisition and Behavior Response targets improves visibility and fidelity in program tracking.

Feature Enhancements

Redesigned Organization Profile: Easier navigation, live validation, and a clean interface save you time and reduce errors.

Invitation Token Security: User invitation links now expire in 48 hours, improving platform security.

Program Level Cumulative Graph: Filter by program to track client mastery across Maintenance, Generalization, and Completed targets within the program.

Draft Lesson Notes on Web: View app-saved draft lesson notes directly from the web platform. This will ensure Admin have eyes on staff who have not completed their lesson notes.

Caregiver Lesson Notes: Caregivers can now submit lesson notes in one step with a required signature—staff sign-off is no longer needed.

Integration

Locked Lesson Access: Staff can only take lesson notes for their own appointments, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

App Updates

Consistent Target Sorting: Targets are now auto-sorted by status and alphabetically, simplifying lesson execution.

Add Target Data in Edit Behavior: Enter data for any target directly from the Edit Behavior screen for real-time syncing.

              

Incomplete Lessons on Dashboard: Resume lessons seamlessly across devices, even after crashes or interruptions.

Bug Fixes

Interactive Loaders: Clearer feedback when saving or loading data, reducing duplicate clicks.

Inactive Programs Hidden: Prevent inactive programs from appearing in Lesson Builder or the app.

Restart Cancelled Lessons: Restart lessons for same-day appointments after cancellations.

Accurate Lesson Start Time: Lesson notes now consistently reflect the actual start time.
