New Features

1. [Report Added] Payroll Gusto - Allows users to upload payroll hours to Gusto payroll processor.
2. [Report Added] Appointment Cancellation - This report will pull all appointments with a cancellation appointment status.
   

Improvements / Enhancements

1. [Added] "Form required to complete appointment" checkbox in Payer > Profile - Force users to complete a form before appointments can be completed. A validation warning will appear in the appointments window if a form has not been submitted when completing a session. 
2. Schedule Timesheet Submission - Users can now view a list of appointments to complete by clicking the link in the "Submit My Timesheet" window.
   
3. Schedule - Completed sessions that are canceled will now reflect the correct Billing Minutes and Earning Code based on Appointment Status properties. 
   
4. Supervision Tracking -  Qualified staff in group sessions will now appear when searching for staff in the Appointment Supervision tab.
   
5. Payer - Users can now freely create and update payer names without receiving an error.
   
6. Earning Codes - Users can now default earning codes for non service, drive time, and break appointments in settings > payroll > earning code > default.
