New Features

  1. [Added] Claim preview before processing billing. This feature can be turned off/on at the settings page.

Improvements / Enhancements

  1.  Accounts Receivable Claim Log
  2.  AR Manager Payor/Client Views are now showing aging details

  3.  Auto post can now handle copay, coinsurance, deductible and contractual adjustments. 
  4. You can now generate CMS 1500 forms or 837p files in Billed Files.
  5. Added check/reference number to the charge line transaction log.
  6. Added payer AKA field in payer profile.
  7. Drive time "mileage" will be set to 0 if the Appointment Status is changed AND earning code is auto set to "No Pay." 
  8. Settling charges will now require a note to be added
  9. Added job title and ID w/ payer (member/insurance id) as a default field when creating/editing forms.
