What's New For You!

Raw Data Export Now Available in Analytics - Users can now export trial-level program and behavior data in CSV format from Analytics, with timestamps aligned to their time zone for deeper analysis and reporting.


Lesson Notes Can Now Be Created and Edited Directly on Web - Built a full behavior data editor and note creation flow on web to match mobile features, enabling supervisors and clinicians to run sessions and manage data from any device.


Bulk Signature for Caregivers on Welina App - Caregivers can now view lesson notes on the dashboard and sign them one by one or in bulk from the listing page.

Feature Enhancements

Responsive Side Menu for Web -Side menu now auto-adjusts and collapses on smaller screens for a smoother experience across all device sizes.

Special Characters Now Allowed in Staff and Client Names Users can now enter and save names with special characters like @, #, &, -, ', and . across Staff and Client modules without validation errors.
Pagination Retention on Staff and Client Profile Edit - Users stay on the same page after saving edits on staff or client profiles, improving navigation across paginated lists.
New Lesson Notes UI with Search and Filters - Introduced a new UI on the app’s lesson notes page with client search, date range, and status filters to help users quickly find relevant notes. Colors are more bolded to show what you are clicked on.

Bug Fixes

Text-Type Custom Field Not Saving in Notes - Fixed issue where responses entered in a text-type custom field were not saved or shown in notes.
Graphs Showing Data Beyond Selected End Date- Fixed issue where graphs ignored the selected end date and continued showing data up to today.
Target Color Mismatch in Client-Specific Program and Target Data Graph - Fixed issue where target color in the graph did not match the corresponding checkbox indicator.
Unable to Add Behaviors from Organization to Client - Fixed issue preventing users from adding behavior programs from organization library to client profiles.
Caregiver Role Accessing Unassigned Client Notes - Fixed issue where caregivers could view, link, and export notes for clients not assigned to them.
