Welina! Release 0.1.20 Notes

We’ve Been Listening — And Building for You
This release is packed with updates driven by your feedback. We’ve focused on the tools you’ve asked for to support treatment fidelity, streamline documentation, and make your day-to-day clinical work easier. Here's what's new in Welina 0.1.20.

What's New For You!

1. Deeper Insight with Anecdotal Data Visualization
Now view, filter, and export anecdotal notes grouped by target name in Analytics, offering a qualitative layer to complement your quantitative data, helping drive clinical decision-making.

2. Interactive Program Progress Lines
Manual phase/status changes in skill acquisition programs are now visually reflected as vertical lines on analytics graphs—improving fidelity checks and making treatment shifts easier to explain to caregivers or payors.

3. Behavior Documentation—At Your Fingertips
In-session behavior tracking just got easier. Clinicians can now access supporting documents (uploaded via the web) directly from the app during session execution for immediate reference.

4. Caregiver Lesson Note Signatures via App
Caregivers can securely view and sign session notes from the app—enhancing collaboration while maintaining data integrity by locking all other fields.

5. App Permissions Management by Role
Admins can now assign specific app permissions (e.g., editing session time or approving notes) per user—ensuring proper access while maintaining compliance and security.

Enhancements That Support Your Workflow

1. Archive/Unarchive Skill Acquisition Programs
Easily manage program visibility—archive inactive targets without deleting valuable client data.

2. Folder Creation and File Type Filters in Documents
Improved document management with folders and searchable file types—saving time when accessing treatment plans, assessments, or team resources.

3. DOB Picker Expanded for Historical Data
Enter birthdates dating back to 1940—ensuring accurate records for older clients and staff, including guardians.

4. Cleaner Lesson Notes
Multi- and single-select custom fields now show only selected values (without field names), making lesson note exports clearer and more digestible for reviewers.

5. Admin Visibility Upgrades
Admins now have the same access as the first admin to view staff, approve lesson notes, and manage schedules—ensuring smooth supervision and oversight.

6. Lesson Note Workflow Improvements
Pending notes can no longer be moved to draft status, helping prevent documentation delays and support consistent progress monitoring.

Integration Improvements

Link Lesson Notes to Aloha Appointments:
Prevent orphaned notes by linking them to active appointment so data remains accurate and audit-ready

Bug Fixes

• Inactive clients are no longer visible in app client lists—reducing clutter and confusion during session startup.
• Android UI fix ensures formatting consistency across devices.
• Cancel buttons across the web now use “Yes”/“No” for clearer decision-making.
