Feature Enhancements
Aloha Setting "Auto Update Appointments" - In Aloha > Settings > Clinical integrations: users can now choose enable or disable the "Auto Update Appointment Info time as per the Session Note".
Please review additional new workflows options that may support users auditing session notes below.
Show Aloha Appointment Times on Lesson Notes - The Lesson Note now shows the linked Aloha appointment’s start and end time so users can quickly check if the session matches the scheduled time.
If you have the "Auto Update Appointment Info time as per the Session Note" enabled, once the note is approved and Aloha updates the appt time to match session note time, you will see the Appt time listed in the session note change to match. What this means: we do not retain the Aloha original scheduled appointment time in Welina. If you would like to see this information you can do so by viewing the Appointment history tracking on Aloha.
Download Lesson Notes List (CSV/Excel) - Users can now download the lesson notes list in CSV/Excel based on the visible columns and applied filters, with accurate data and permission‑based access.
The list will also include Appointment Details from Aloha to better support seeing mismatch times and notes that are not linked to an appointment.
Bulk Actions With “Select All” for Targets in Program Management - Users can now bulk edit or bulk delete all targets within a target type using a new Select All dropdown, instead of selecting each target manually.
