Release 0.1.19 Notes

Welina! Release 0.1.19

We’re excited to bring you a new round of updates designed to support more efficient data collection, improve program management, and strengthen clinical decision-making. Here’s what’s new and how it helps you.

What's New for You:

ABC Data Now in Reporting & Analytics
  1. You can now analyze ABC behavior trends over time using stacked bar charts and detailed data tables. This helps you better understand the function of behaviors and visualize patterns—supporting more precise functional analysis and treatment adjustments.

Two New Program Summary Dashboard Views

  1. Cumulative Skill Acquisition Graph: Shows how many programs have been mastered over the last 3 or 6 months.
  2. Status Breakdown Pie Chart: Displays a clear distribution of programs by status (Teaching, Maintaining, Completed), allowing for quicker treatment plan reviews.

In-App Access to Program Learning Materials
  1. You and your RBTs can now access Skill Acquisition program materials directly from the Target screen in the app, simplifying in-session fidelity and keeping key stimuli right where you need them.

Enhancements That Make a Difference:

Stronger Session Note Stability
  1. We fixed critical crashes and bugs that were impacting Lesson Notes and Custom Data fields. You can now complete sessions without interruptions or data loss—supporting better treatment fidelity and documentation.

Behavior Data Handling for Lesson Note Documentation
  1. Behavior targets with no data will now clearly display as “0” (for duration) or remain hidden (for interval), helping you distinguish true absences from missed entries during review.

ABC Data Now Appears in Exported PDFs
  1. Exported Lesson Notes now include a table of ABC data, complete with timestamps and notes, for easier supervision, audit readiness, and caregiver collaboration

Mobile App Auto-Saves and Resumes
  1. Lessons now auto-complete if a session is left open for longer than 8 hours and seamlessly resume after the app closes—preventing data loss and ensuring smoother in-session continuity.

Password Autofill on Mobile
  1. Sign in faster and more securely using your phone’s native password manager.

General Bug Fixes

1. ABC data tables now fit screen width—no more side scrolling.
2. Lesson names support special characters and numbers.
3. All configured behaviors show in Lesson Notes, even when data wasn’t collected.
4. Analytics graphs now connect across dates—even with gaps in data

Integration Bug Fixes

1. Non-service appointment times (drive time, break time, and non-service) are locked so staff cannot edit them to prevent scheduling errors.
2. Resolved 401 errors and app crashes linked to Lesson Notes, ensuring you don’t lose progress or data.
