Statuses Displayed in Aloha from 277/999 Files
The various statuses display acceptances or rejections at the clearinghouse level or at the payer level. The O indicates Office Ally, and P indicates the Payer (after Office Ally has sent it over).
- Accepted (O): The claim was accepted by Office Ally
- Accepted (O/P): The claim was accepted by both Office Ally and the Payer.
- Accepted (Error-P): The claim was accepted by Office Ally, but rejected by the payer
- Rejected (O): The claim was rejected by Office Ally needs to be corrected before submitting again.
