Setting Up Client Profiles

Notes
NOTE: If you are using Welina and Aloha integration your Welina client profiles will be automatically created. Client and staff assignments will automatically flow over from the Client Assignment section of you Client profiles in Aloha. If you have added any custom fields to your client profiles on Aloha, please note those will NOT show on Welina. However, you can create you own custom fields for Welina profile to track information relevant to Clinical needs. 

  1. From the navigation menu click on Organization Setup icon 
  2. Select Clients from the drop down menu
  3. Then select to add clients 
  4. Fill in the Required Client information. Below is an image with the required fields highlighted. 

Viewing / Editing an Existing Client Profile 

If you would like to view or edit a client profile navigate to the client list and select the edit button on the right end of the clients name

Click  at the bottom when you are done or click the icon at the top left corner of the client profile to leave without saving any changes.
