Setting Up Client Profiles

Creating a NEW client profile

NOTE: If you are using Welina and Aloha integration your Welina client profiles will be automatically created. Client and staff assignments will automatically sync from the client assignment section of your client profiles in Aloha.  

 If you have added any custom fields to your client profiles on Aloha, please note those will NOT show on Welina. However, you can create your own custom fields within Welina.

1. From the navigation menu click on Organization Setup 
2. Select Clients from the drop down menu
   
3. Add clients 
4. Fill in the Required Client information. Below is an image with the required fields highlighted. 
   

Viewing / Editing an Existing Client Profile 

If you would like to view or edit a client profile navigate to the client list and select the edit button on the right end of the clients name

Click  at the bottom when you are done or click the icon at the top left corner of the client profile to leave without saving any changes. 

Edits made to profiles in Welina will not reflect in Aloha at this time.  To have changes reflected in both systems, please make edits in Aloha
