Viewing Clients

To view the clients on your caseload, you can either tap the light blue box titledClients” on your home screen, or tap the People icon in the dark blue navigation bar at the bottom of your home screen. Tapping either will take you to a new “Clients” page displaying the clients on your caseload.

Reviewing your client’s programs

If you would like to preview a client’s programs prior to starting a direct session with the client, click on the client from the Client list page.

This will take you to a page specific to that client.

Tapping “Open Lesson” will allow you to view all of the client’s programs.

You may also see other “Lesson” types, such as “school” or “clinic” or “home.” Your supervisor will provide you with information regarding which lesson type you should be using. You can view the programs for a more specific lesson by tapping that lesson.

After tapping the lesson you wish to view, you will have the option to see more details about Skill Acquisition and Behavior Reduction programs. Tap either line to see specific programs, targets, and instructions for each program or target.

AlertViewing the program information will NOT start the session! The only way to start a session is to tap the “Start Lesson” button at the bottom of the screen. Do not tap “Start Lesson” until you are ready to start your session!!

Reviewing client files

Navigate to the client’s page and tap the “Files” tab.
