View Remit Details in Office Ally
Overview
Office Ally allows you to view remit information associated with a claim directly from the Manage Claims screen.

Go to Service Center → Claims → Manage Claims.

Locate the claim you want to review.

If the claim has been matched to a remit, the Remit Amount will display in the Remit Amount column.

Click the $ icon in the Actions column to view the associated remit details.

The remit details will open directly from the Manage Claims screen.
From the remit details, you can review information such as:
-
Payment amount
-
Charge amount
-
Service dates and CPT codes
-
Adjustments and adjustment reason codes
-
Patient responsibility
-
Check information

Note: The $ icon and Remit Amount will only appear when a claim has been matched to a remit.
