The Aloha Data Collection website is designed for easy
access to help and support!
To access help, click the blue “Hep” button on the bottom left corner of your Data Collection website. This button is available from any page within the website.
Clicking this button will offer three options: Help Center,
Request Support, and Submit Feature request. Read on to learn more about what
each of these options means.
Clicking this options this will take users to the Aloha Data Collection Knowledge Base, which houses articles on how to use different parts of the platform. Articles are organized by topic (e.g. Program Management, Lesson Notes, Analytics), or can be searched using key words using the Search Bar at the top of the webpage.
Use the help center for:
- Clarification on how to accomplish tasks within the platform (e.g. how to use custom fields, creating a prompting template)
- Video tutorials on using the App and other parts of the Web platform
- Updates on newest feature releases
- Information about integration
- Information about getting started and onboarding
- Information about security
Clicking this option will open up a pop-up window within the
Data Collection web page:
Use the Request Support form for reporting when something is not working correctly within the Web or App platform. For example, you are receiving an Error message, items are not saving, or information is not flowing between the Web and the App.
When using this form, please be sure to provide all information
requested on the form, such as Model and OS version when reporting an App-related
issue. Thorough completion of this form equips the support team with the
information needed to investigate any reported issues.

Data Collection web page:
Use the Feature Request form to request new features you would like to see on the Aloha Data Collection platform. For example, additional data customizations, dashboard widgets, or other adjustments that would enhance your clinical workflows.
When using this form, please be through and specific so the team can get a clear picture of the feature you would like to see how and it would improve your experience on the platform.
