Subscription- How does it work?

Welcome to Aloha ABA! We're so glad to have you join the Aloha Family. Below is an outline of how our subscription works:

Pricing Breakdown:
$29.99 per staff per month.
Your monthly subscription is based on the total number of employees that are active in the system, regardless of the duration of time their profile was active, for during the previous month (i.e., subscriptions are not prorated).

Aloha uses the number of active staff within the prior month to determine the current month's billing charges.
Example: On June 1st, there are 4 active staff. Then on June 15th, 2 more active staff are added bringing the total to 6. On June 28th, 3 staff members are inactivated. July's charges would still be for 6 staff members.
FYI: Try to avoid adding new staff at the very end of the month, as the invoice will include that new staff member as part of the cost for that month's subscription.
There are no cancellation fees or contracts associated with your Aloha subscription.

Payment Due Dates:
  1. 1st of every month: An invoice for your Aloha ABA Subscription is generated.
  2. 2nd of every month: Your Aloha ABA invoice is sent out.
  3. 15th of every month: Payment is due.
  4. 20th of every month: Reminder for payment of invoice is sent out via email.
  5. Last day of every month: The last day to pay for the invoice. If not paid by this date, access is interrupted and sites will be auto locked with a past due balance. Once a payment is made, the site is reactivated.

Payment Methods Accepted:
  1. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal)
  2. ACH
    1. Note: If your subscription total is > $3000, our system allows ACH payments only.
  3. Autopay
    1. Autopay is processed within 5 days of the due date every month. If interested in signing up for Autopay, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
