New Features: Instructions for these features will be available in our Help Center soon.

New York Early Intervention System Integration (NYEIS)
New Reports and Updates:
Concurrent Billing Appointments Report - A report that lists all appointments that were affected by the concurrent billing rules set up in payer profiles.
Client Contact Login Report – A report that lists all the log in dates and times from client portal.
Staff Overlap Check Report – A report that lists out all staff overlapping appointments.
In Payment Ledger Details Report, we’ve added a Rendering Provider column.
The “Appointment Overlap Check” report has been renamed as “Client Overlap Appointments” report. This checks for any appointments that are overlapping in time with the same client.
In “Billing Ledger Report,” we’ve added a Rendering Provider column.
On the Dashboard > Cancelled Appointment Summary widget, it now categorizes the number of canceled appointments by its cancellation type.
Improvements:
Special characters can now be added in the authorization number field.
Users can now create/restrict Service, Drive Time, and Break time appointment creations in the schedule. These permissions are listed under Settings > Security > User Roles.
Staff can now sign their appointments at any time (even after an appt has been completed) on the verification tab if a signature is missing.
ERAs with zero-dollar payments can now be posted automatically, including posting of Client Responsibility and Adjustments.
Tricare IDs under “Provider Identifier” can be removed, as Tricare no longer utilizes this.
Values in a Custom List can be made inactive by toggling the “on/off”, even when the list is already being used.
Service Type field can be edited on an appointment at any time in the Schedule.
A warning message will appear when users exit an appointment before an attached Form is saved. This allows users to save or discard the Form if they forget to do so before closing the appointment.
Values in the “Place of Service” Custom List can now be toggled as active/inactive by your Customer Success Manager.
Merged appointments in Billing Manager will no longer be displayed as a combined appointment time.
In Forms, a new default value has been added for “Staff Credential”. This value comes from Billing > Provider Identifier.
In Forms, default values can be selected as "none”
In Forms, new checkboxes titled “Required” and “Always sync” have been added to the Field settings. “Required” will make the chosen field a requirement to fill out before the form can be submitted. “Always sync” will make the chosen field update automatically when any changes are made to the appointment whenever the “Save” button on the appointment is clicked.
A new permission has been added to User Roles to allow/restrict creation of appointments before timesheet submission date.
In Payroll, Inactive Staff wizard will only display inactive staff from the last 3 months.
In Billing Manager > Process Billing, claims will display appointment start/end times and appointment start date/end dates in the client office’s time zone.
Motivity update:
In Settings > System Settings > Clinical Integrations, a new setting has been added to auto complete appointments when there is an “Approved” session note attached to the appointment.
“Completed” appointments in Aloha will not update with changes from Motivity.
The search field in any searchable dropdown list stays fixed to easily type into, rather than having to scroll all the way to the top of the list to search through it.
Bug Fixes:
Issue in Calendar Date Picker duplicating.
When rounding rules are “Not Allowed,” rounding issues have been fixed in Payment Center and Invoices.
Settings icon in Schedule will populate when selected on a Clinical team.
When appointments get split after applying concurrent billing rules, documents attached to the original appointment remain saved and unaffected by the split.
We have improved the loading speed of the Service tab under payer profiles.
When concurrent billing rules are applied to an appointment, any “Supervision” added to that appointment does not get affected.
When appointments are repeated and have supervised staff attached, the system will not automatically remove the staff.
Pre-signing for appointments in Client Portal for future appointments is no longer allowed.
