The Aloha ABA team is excited to announce the following new features/enhancements added to Aloha ABA. 

The following Billing Rules enhancements have been added:  

1. Under Claim Settings
   
1. "Claim File Options” allows users to generate 837p files as a single claim or per billing provider (only applies to specific payers)
2. Box 19 – Additional Claim Information
   
1. This is used specifically for payer “CTDS Arizona” when a school site code needs to be included on the claim, and the claim has a POS of 03 (School)
   
2. The value here populates from the Client profile > Custom Field > CTDS Arizona
   
3. Box 33B – Allows users to add custom values in Box 33b of the claim form for specific payer requirements (e.g. Medicaid)
   
2. Place of Service Modifiers
   
1. Allows users to customize default modifiers based on the place of service in appointment
   
3. Qualification Modifiers
   
1. Users can now customize which modifiers default to specific Qualifications for each Payer. An example is included below:
