The Aloha team is excited to announce the following new features/enhancements added to Aloha ABA.  

Improvements:

1. Timeline View in Schedule 
   
1. Users can now view multiple schedules with a timeline view by clicking on this button twice in the upper right hand corner of the Schedule screen.
   
2. Users can drag, drop, or extend appointments within the timeline view without needing to open each appointment.
   
2. Claim Grouping Improvement
   
1. Users can adjust how claims are grouped on the CMS-1500 form under the “Billing Rules” tab of your Payers
   
2. Choose to separate claims by Date of Service, CPT code, or Place of Service
   
3. Choose to include Billing Provider Taxonomy Code on your claims.
   
4. ​Choose to merge same day appointments into one charge line (Defaulted setting is yes)  
   

Bug Fixes: 

1. Billing Manager Performance Improvement
   
1. Improved speed performance when generating data in the Billing Manager 
   
2. Availity Rejections in 837P files
   
1. Fixed bugs related to specific conditions in 837P files sent to Availity related to the Service Facility and Billing Provider.
   
3. Error in Scheduling – Duplicate Appointment Detected and Performance
   
1. Corrected an issue where appointments were taking a significant amount of time to load and would say there is a duplicate appointment detected when none existed.
   
4. Authorization Exceeding Limit
   
1. Fixed the bug where a validation of exceeding authorization was showing when it was not.

6. To reset your Aloha ABA web application, please clear your cache by going to Chrome Settings (at the upper right corner) > more tools > Clear Browsing Cache. Change the Time Range to "All Times" and click "Clear Data"
