The Aloha team is excited to announce the following new features/enhancements added to Aloha ABA, which was implemented at 11:30 PST last night, March 7, 2024.
Improvements
Schedule Performance improvements have been implemented. Loading times, editing existing sessions and repeat appointments are significantly improved.
Non-billable appointment types are now counted in the “My Daily Appointments” widget on the Dashboard.
The RBT Supervision Log Report can now be pulled for both active and inactive staff members.
Appointment street address (location) on the Info tab can now be edited even after the session has already been billed.
When a new office is created under Settings > Organization, the user creating the office automatically has immediate access to this office under Security > User Accounts.
Bug Fixes:
Resolved issue so that payment reference #’s are displayed on all charge lines in Payment Center > Charge Line Transaction Log.
Resolved issue where taxonomy codes are correctly displaying for billing and rendering providers in the Billing Manager.
Resolved issue where “Object Reference” error message was displaying in the Post Payment screen when “Mass Apply” option is selected.
Resolved issue to remove error messages appearing in loading screen of System Settings.
Resolved issue where users saved changes to a payer profile did not always save. Now, changes are successfully saved when payer profile information is edited.
Resolved issue where column sorting (clicking on column name to sort data) in the Appointment Forms Info, Monthly Attendance Sheet, Client List and Staff List Reports were not sorting correctly.
Resolved issue so that only active Payers are displayed in the Client List.
Resolved issue related to auto-log off.
Resolved issue where attachments in Client Authorization section are able to be previewed as PDF.
