Feature Enhancements

Lesson Notes Filters Expanded - Users can now filter lesson notes by multiple statuses (including Draft) and by date range — enabling faster access to relevant records and improving usability.

Program Creation and Edit Flow Redesigned for Simpler Navigation - Single-page form with side menu, validations, and flexible target addition to let users choose to add targets now or later for a smoother and guided setup and the ability to build a goal bank without targets.

Add Programs to Lessons from Program View - Users can now select programs directly from Program Management and add them to an existing lesson or create a new one — simplifying lesson creation and improving workflow efficiency.

Program List View Enhanced for Better Visibility - The Skill Acquisition listing page now displays the number of targets per program and uses consistent phase colors, improving visibility and alignment with the program view.

First Admin Role Renamed & Made Editable - We’ve replaced the default “First Admin” role with a simplified “Admin” role and enabled editing capabilities, making role management more intuitive and consistent across Welina Web accounts.

New Schedule view appointments card upgrade - New UI layout to make seeing schedules easier and more clear. User can now see all appointment details on the Calendar layout itself without clicking or hovering over it.

App Updates

Search Added for Lessons and Programs in Welina App - Users can now search by name to quickly find lessons and programs after starting an appointment or selecting a client.

Bug Fixes

Custom Fields and Signature Loss on Lesson Submission - Fixed an issue where custom field values and signatures were not retained after saving or submitting a lesson, ensuring data persists across edits.

Duration Field Editing in Behavior Data - Enabled direct editing of duration fields in behavior data, allowing users to quickly replace hour, minute, and second values without manual digit deletion.

Custom Field Titles Missing in Lesson Notes -Restored visibility of custom field titles in lesson notes, ensuring each field is clearly identified for accurate data entry and interpretation.
