Clinical Integrations Icons on Schedule

Congratulations on setting up your clinical integration with Aloha! At this stage, you will start to see different icons on the Scheduled Appointments in Aloha. Below are some of the icons you might come across: 

Hi Rasmus Users

  or This icon indicates that the session is synced to Hi Rasmus.  It also serves as a temporary "Manual Sync" button. You may come across this icon on the appointments in the top right corner of your session next to the delete icon. Clicking this will manually trigger the appointment on Aloha to send over to Hi Rasmus to see the appointment details there. A synced session does not equal a linked session; notes will still need to be completed and approved in Hi Rasmus to come back to Aloha.  When completing a session in Hi Rasmus, be sure to click "send to AlohaABA" to link your session note to Aloha appointment.

Motivity Users

 This icon indicates that the session is synced to Motivity.  It also serves as a temporary "Manual Sync" button. You may come across this icon on the appointments in the top right corner of your session next to the delete icon. Clicking this will manually trigger the appointment on Aloha to send over to Motivity to see the appointment details there. A synced session does not equal a linked session; notes will still need to be completed and approved in Motivity to come back to Aloha.  When completing a session in Motivity, be sure to click "send to AlohaABA" to link your session note to Aloha appointment.

Both Platforms


   The session note has successfully synced from Hi Rasmus or Motivity but the times do not match in both appointments.  In order to sync the time, user can either:
  1. Uncomplete the Aloha appointment before updating the time in the session note
  2. If the time has already been changed, uncomplete the appointment in Aloha, unlink the session, relink and recomplete.

 The session note has successfully synced from Hi Rasmus or Motivity and all times match in both appointments.
