Unbilled Appointments | Total number of appointments that have not been billed in the last 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days for the entire organization. Toggle between the day options by clicking the arrow (circled). The default widget displays 30 days of unbilled appointments. Click to jump to the Billing Manager to generate and process billing. |

Staff Summary | Total number of staff broken down by Job Title. |
Aging Report | Total (in dollars) of amount outstanding versus amount billed in a 6 month view. “Amount Billed” encompasses total amount billed month by month. “Amount Outstanding” encompasses total amount billed that was then paid, and adjusted. Amount billed is based on the contract rate, not the charge rate. Amount billed is based on the bill date, not the date of service. |
Billing Summary | Total (in dollars) of the amount billed in a 6 month view. |
Scheduled vs. Completed | Total number of scheduled versus completed appointments in a 3 month view. Scheduled appointments are the number of scheduled appointments on the calendar, not including cancellations. Completed appointments are the number of service appointments marked as completed. |
Daily Office Appointments | Total number of appointments for today broken down by office. |
Cancelled Appointment Summary | Total cancelled appointments in a 6 month view |
| My Weekly Work Hours | Total number of scheduled hours versus total number of worked hours in a 4 week view for logged in user. Number of scheduled hours encompasses number of scheduled hours of appointment(s). Number of worked hours encompasses number of hours of completed appointment(s). |
My Daily Appointments | View of daily appointments in schedule for logged in user. Toggle over the arrows surrounding the date (circled) to move to another date’s appointments. The default widget displays the current day’s appointments. |
My Miles Driven | Total numbers of miles driven each day in a 4 week view for logged in user. Only completed drive-time appointments count toward miles driven. |
