The Aloha team is excited to announce the following new features/enhancements added to Aloha ABA.
Preventing appointment title changes from Clinical Integrations
The appointment title will no longer change when receiving a session note from Motivity or Hi Rasmus
Improved Validations with same client, payer, and billing code with Clinical Integrations
The system will no longer auto-complete sessions if the setting to prevent appointments with the same client, payer, and billing code is turned on. This setting is under Settings > System Settings > Appointment Validations
CTDS custom field for Arizona Department of Education
A new custom field has been added called ‘CTDS Arizona’ which can be added to client profiles. This allows users who bill this payer to include a CTDS code in box 19 on their CMS-1500 forms for billing.
Timeline View – Allow Payroll/Billing Summary, Mass complete, and Mass appointment status updates.
In the timeline view, the system will allow you to click on a staff to see the payroll/billing summary. They will also be able to mass complete and apply mass appointment status updates with the icon in the top right hand corner.
Fixed an issue where after releasing a claim from secondary billing, the billed date was not updating back to the original primary billed date.
Fixed an issue where the last day of a timesheet submitted appointments were not allowed to be printed.
Fixed an issue where the mileage reimbursement rate start/end date in Payroll Settings was not saving correctly.
Fixed an issue where there were errors in the billing manager about the max values in the address character limit.
Fixed an issue where updating a repeat appointment pattern does not display correctly from two different time zones.
Fixed the error message that was occurring when generating the Appointment List report.
Fixed an issue where users could transfer a balance to an expired secondary payer.
Fixed an error where logging out of the subscription portal was giving an error when going back to the base Aloha account.
Fixed an issue where when a staff’s email is removed, they are considered inactive in Aloha all over the system.
Fixed an issue where the default modifiers for appointments were not being removed correctly when a staff was changed on the appointment.
Fixed an issue where users could not select the Payment Reconciled checkbox on the payment center.
Fixed an issue where the Aging Report and Billing Summary widgets were not matching the AR Manager and Billing Ledger report.
Fixed an issue where if the contract rate is left blank, the system was not automatically assigning the charge rate to the contract rate.
Fixed an issue where the secondary billing adjustment totals were not calculating correctly.
Fixed an issue where the invoice number generated in Aloha were showing duplicate numbers.
Fixed an issue where if a staff member is deleted and created again with the same name and email, then the new record is considered a brand-new record when assigning a user role.
Fixed an issue where the date billed was showing a date after transferring to secondary even if the claim hadn’t been billed out of secondary yet.
