Aloha/Motivity Integration FAQ and Troubleshooting
After setting up your Motivity integration with Aloha, you may find yourself running into a few issues. We've included this video to help you get a general sense of what the integration looks like between the two platforms and some common errors that people have once the integration is done. Will my non-billable appointments appear in Motivity?
Yes, your staff will be able to see their non-service, break and drive time appointments in Motivity. However, these appointments will still need to be completed in Aloha and cannot auto-complete from Motivity.
